The scope of work at Stevens Creek includes upgrades to flooring, painting, trim, casework, damaged ceiling tile replacement as well as new HVAC units to Buildings D & E. The project also included asphalt & concrete repair, restroom upgrades of new finishes (epoxy floors, ceramic wall tile, new partitions & plumbing fixtures), exterior painting, & light fixture upgrades, fire alarm upgrades and the expansion to the administration reception area.

The scope of work included upgrades to student and staff restrooms to meet ADA requirements, refurbishing of all campus classrooms consisting of replacement of finishes (flooring, paint, tackable walls boards, and selected ceiling repairs) as well as cabinetry upgrades and replacement. Campus core facilities such as, the Guidance Learning Center (GLC-Library), Performance Arts Center and Administrative Office Area scope consisted of limited similar replacement of finishes (flooring, paint, tackable walls boards, and selected ceiling repairs) scope. The campus received a new fire alarm system as well as limited HVAC equipment replacement with system upgrades. Extensive campus accessibility upgrades were provided to all building entries.
