PROJECT INFORMATION: The exterior lighting project work will take place at DeVargas, Dilworth, Lincoln, Meyerholtz, McAuliffe and Regnart elementary schools.  The scope of work will include the addition of new parking lot light fixtures/poles, repair/servicing of existing pole mounted light fixtures and the replacement of outdated wall mounted light fixtures with new (energy efficient) light fixtures as well as replacement of the lights under the covered walkway at Regnart.  Not all of the light fixtures at the various sites are being replaced; work was focused on areas that require more lighting to ensure safety between the main campus and parking lot areas.  The locations for adding additional parking lot lights or wall pack lights were selected based on light surveys conducted at night by SIMS Architects.

PROJECT BUDGET: $568,966

ESTIMATED PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: Substantial Completion was achieved first week of September 2013 due to late arrival of parking lot light fixtures; project is now complete and is in closeout.
