PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Perform seismic upgrade on both classroom wings to meet current seismic code, complete ADA upgrades in all campus restrooms; ADA compliance includes access into classrooms and ADA access to sinks in classrooms and workrooms as well as entry to administrative building and curb drop-off locations as well as installation of two new fire hydrants.  Work to include new finishes:  carpet, paint and window coverings.

Work is phased; Phase 1 work included site work; Admin, GLC and Kindergarten classrooms completed August 2014; Classroom B wing to complete December 2014; Classroom C wing to complete August 2015.

Interim housing units were installed to act as swing space for phased construction.
